Jacer is a Senior HR Manager at PepsiCo supporting the sales, marketing, and the operations for the South Florida market. Prior to working for PepsiCo, Jacer worked at Ford Motor Company supporting plant operations and engineering directors at the corporate level. Furthermore, previously worked in the House of Representatives under the Bush and Obama administrations in supporting policy initiatives within the Oversight and Government Reform Committee for Congressman Gutierrez.
Jacer holds two Master’s degrees, one in Human Resources Management and another in Political Science and Civic Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is currently completing her Executive MBA at Cornell University, and is an Emerging Markets Fellow. Lastly, Jacer is the current President of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary of Miami Beach.
